YOUth in Motion strives to present a complete physical fitness picture for youth and their clubs/families. Youth will have the opportunity to learn new and fun ways to be active, how to take a resting and working heart rate, personal goal setting, stretching and building stronger muscles and choosing healthy snacks. Each lesson is filled with fun, hands-on activities while building important life skills such as goal setting, problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.
