The writers of this program used the concept of ―Farm to Fork to Fitness‖ as their guideline. The goal is to reconnect children and families with quick and tasty food made at home. The objectives of this program are to help children develop basic cooking skills, assist families in getting nutritious meals on the table and to develop the enjoyment of cooking and eating good food.
